Before reaching out, we ask that you take a little time to sit with this decision. Welcoming a puppy is a wonderful thing, but it's also a serious, long-term commitment, and we want to make sure it's truly the right fit - for your family and for the puppy who'll be joining it. It's worth thinking honestly about whether everyone at home is genuinely on board, whether your fences and outdoor spaces are ready, and whether you can hold off on travel or major holidays during those all-important settling-in weeks. It's also worth asking yourself whether you're ready to commit to training and socialisation from the very beginning, and to make it a real priority rather than an afterthought. Taking this time to reflect now helps set you and your new companion up for a lifetime of success together.
